Red Buddha and Rock Pond Backflow Incense Burner

A cheerful little Buddha in red robes sits on top of a stack of rounded stones. Each level has a small pond. Set a backflow cone on the top rock and the smoke runs down from one pond to the next, a bit like a slow waterfall.

It measures 18 cm tall, 13 cm wide and 10.5 cm deep, weighs about 380 g, and is made from resin and polyresin. Cones are sold separately. Use backflow cones only. Standard solid cones will burn, but their smoke rises instead of falling. You'll find them in our backflow incense cones collection.

How it works: smoke leaves the bottom of a hollow backflow cone, already cooled, and that cooler smoke sinks through the warmer room air. It looks best in a still room, away from fans, open windows and heaters. If the smoke rises, see why your backflow incense isn't working.

Safety: always stand it on a heat-proof surface, and never leave lit incense unattended. Keep it away from children and pets, and open a window or door so the room stays ventilated.
